DMS Office Supplies is the trading name of GAH Douglas & Co Ltd which has been a limited company since 1919. We have consistently grown to become one of central Scotland’s largest independent office supplies companies. We are a third generation, family owned business who thoroughly believe in the ethos of providing fantastic customer service and excellent value for money to our client base within the UK.

Our Service statement is backed up by the fact that when you open an account we allocate a dedicated number of local people to your account. This includes a delivery driver, customer service advisor and an account manager who all collectively look after your individual account requirements. This team is backed up by our head office and logistics staff who ensure that the process of ordering through to delivery and invoicing is carried out as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Our Value statement is backed up by the fact that we are one of the founder members of Integra which is the UK’s largest office supplies buying group, with a collective annual turnover of £750 million. This buying power enables us to purchase our products at exceptionally competitive prices and hence pass these savings onto our customers. In addition to this buying power we also offer our own Initiative brand as a cost effective alternative to more expensive branded products.
